Colors of Friendship

I want to nominate my following blogfriends for the Colors of Friendship Award. They color my life with the beautiful hues of friendship. Although we come from different backgrounds and cultures we share the same spirit of friendship

-----------------------------

Today was a very peaceful day.I started out by speaking out loud several Bible verses relating to my situation as suggested by Joyce Meyers. And saying those scriptures out loud really made me conscious of them and helped me resist the devil.

I will follow the example of the Lord who is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and plenteous in mercy and lovingkindness. Psalm 103;8

Amrita,

How kind of you. You are a precious, precious friend. I value your friendship. I have learned so much about your culture and it really touches my heart about all that you have to go through. Obviously, we have it so much easier in the US. You are truly a blessing to me. Thank you so much for that award.

What a wonderful award Amrita...thank you so very much! As per the verse you quoted, I love the worship chorus that is taken from that verse......... Hope the rest of your week is as peaceful as this day was for you!

Hi Amrita!
Thank you for this recognition of friendship! We've become pretty good buddies over the months and it's always amazing to me how these friendships spring up through blogging!

Your blog is so interesting -- it stretches us and warms us up to things that seem so foreign! I know a lot more about your country and cultural observances because of reading this blog than I did a very few months ago!

And, by the way, I love your choice of pictures! Take, for example, the little fuzzy-uzzy in your highs and lows post!

Praying for you Amrita, for wisdom and strength in your life. Don't be discouraged, it is a type of fear-give it to the Lord and trust Him (wait with anticipation for his Hand to work)!

Looking forward to meeting some of your friends.
