GIRL INTERUPPED

Dear Friends, Since April 27th the telephone people snapped my Internet connection, because I was given a new phone number. The did not inform me that I had to go through a long , arduous proceed ure to get my connection restored. (And mind you I am paying for for the services I am not m getting - the jerks)

I will take another week to get my Internet back.I am angry and mad and frustrated will the delay. But have to hold my breath.

I am using a computer shop to create this post. once I have my feet (Internet) I will be back. Holding my breath till then.
Had a crummy week, no internet and sewvere electricity problem

Oh Amrita, I had been wondering -- I told my husband, "Undoubtedly the electricity cuts are preventing her from posting," and it was not only the cuts, but the internet connection as well!

Hang in there -- sorry the week was so awful -- I would say "look for the mail" but we know how unreliable that is as well...

Oh, I can imagine you are angry, maybe you can get some money back!!!!!!!!

Seems we have been having similar 'crummy' episodes....just 2 minutes ago, God led me back to the song I last posted--the part where Spafford had reached the area where the ship with his daughters had sank and where he penned "It is Well With My Soul"--and then to these words in particular...
"Though Satan should buffet, though trials should come,
Let this blest assurance control,
That Christ has regarded my helpless estate,
And hath shed His own blood for my soul."...
May you find comfort in these words as I did..
Love, Sita

Praying to God that you are back on your feet (internet) very soon.

I understand the feeling! Maybe we're all getting a bit addicted to this machine.

But the is grace for trials whatever their size.

I was just thinking that Amrita was not posting as often as usual. Nothing like being interrupted by loss of service. I will be looking forward to your return. I hope you are not suffering too badly in the heat.

How frustrating! Hope it is back soon, but don't hold your breath that long, you won't survive! LOL

Hope the time goes fast for you. :)

OOhhh, how frustrating! Especially to be paying for something you aren't getting. I do hope they credit you when all is over and it's up and working again!
Hang in there sister..and exhale!

I understand Your stress very well - I sometimes have problems with Internet too (for example, when I'm in village, I can use it only afternoons and at night).
I pray for Your peace in Your heart - it's very important.

At least, your pants did not rip open right before a public appearance, like mine did this week! One week will pass. It is not worth being frustrated. Come back when you are connected. We will be here.

Anger is a great motivator. I don't think I have ever seen you this fired up!
I hope it all works out good soon.

Be patient my friend. All these things shall come to pass. There are things that happen in our lives that are beyond our control. Suffice to say that God is still in control in spite of temporary setbacks. We can overcome all trials by the word of God. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). You are always included in my prayers for I know the struggles you have been going through. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.
