Hands Full

Since Sonia and Abner arrived we 've been very busy
shopping
visiting friends and relatives
entertaining guests
church
and cooking and Eating lots of good food.
On Jan 4th is a cousin 's wedding. we had been estranged from that family because Uncle (Mom 's cousin) he tried to pull a fast one on us , can 't say more. But God saved us.They are very rich and wealthy people with a lot of assets and only one son who lives like a feudal lord, but they wanted more. They have high profile jobs and very prestigious positions in the community. Weddings are a time of reconciliation and relationships, and being God 's people we are willing to forget what lies in the past. The Bible says weep with those who mourn and rejoice with those who rejoice.
Sonia and I will go to the wedding, its too cold for the elders of our family to attend. We will meet a lot of cousins and relatives from out of city too.
My guess is there will be around two thousand guests.

  1. I was wondering if it was cold. The elders seam bundled up in the shawls. I hope you are gentle as doves but wise as serpents at the wedding.

  2. That's very positive way to look at life.

Just curious - how cold it gets out there? Being from South India, I never really knew 'winter'! :)
