On Sunday evening I watch a cookery program
on Times Now, called The Foodie.
Its a lot of fun.
Last week they had a show on Rajasthan.
And I saw spicy, hot Laal Maas (Red Meat)
being prepared. That was an inspiration
for me to try it too. Below is the result.
The videos of the show have been copied below.
The host is a guest of the Princess of Jaipur.
A beautiful elegant lady.
The palace is enchanting'
What a privilege to dine with a princess in a palace.
The dining table as you can see (Part 3)
was commissioned from Paris.

Dear Amrita,
You have a genuine gift for making me smile.
I am not fit for dining with royalties, that's for sure.
I'm sitting in my kitchen waiting for Gunnar's apple cake to get read, (1 hour in the oven on 180 Cecilius degrees.)
Fun to watch the Indian TV show while doing so.
I hope your Sunday has been a good one.

The food show looks really promising and the interview with royalty is an added fare. It's nice that you can learn new recipes from this food show. Now you can cook more variety of food. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.
Your dinner and dessert both look very tasty!
I volunteer to be the "food taster" for any Royalty in India...
Great post Amrita. It truly was a royal treat!
