Aunt Virginia 's surgery was successful.
Thanks be to God for that.
There is a lot going on here.
Once things slow down a bit I will post the pictures and stories.
North India is in the grip of cold weather. Temperatures around 5 C or in the low 40s and 30s with icy winds.
Many people have died as they have no protection from the cold.

8 Fertilize my soul:
So glad the surgery was successful. I will keep you all in my prayers.
Praying that the Father will hear your cries for your people and sent the "help" you need.
Praising Him for your church family!!
Your Sister in South Carolina,USA
Thank God for answered prayers...
as for the cold--people don't expect that in India--my heart goes out to those exposed to the elements---that's one thing I hate--being cold--I was caught out in a blizzard once...it's awful..anyway, amy God send angels of warmth to those not prepared for this weather..I hope you and Mom are well...
Love, Sita
My friend has a large plaque hanging next to her door so she sees it every time she leaves her home. It reads, "Prayer changes things." Yes, it does. I am so happy Auntie got through her surgery. We'll keep praying as I expect she will have a slow recovery that will challenge you all. I praise God for your faithfulness and for your courage, Amrita. Thank you for taking the time (on top of everything you are juggling!) to let us know the needs there in India. Standing with you and your countrymen in prayer,
Gail W.
Dear Amrita,
I'm glad about your aunt Sybil.
Also praiyng for your Mom and your self that things will turn out for the best.
My thoughts and prayers are also with the homeless, freezing humans, also loved and created by God.
