Red Tuesday

My aunt, whose son got married yesterday
is an artist.
On her dining room wall hangs
her re-creation of The Last Supper.
She has given it a stained glass look.
__________
I am feeling better today, but I 'm still quite weak.
Sonia and family left this morning.
Praying they may reach home safely as driving in the fogcan be risky.
-----------------------
UPDATE
I got a call from Sonia saying they got home safely.

Dear Amrita, be gentle with yourself. Your exhaustion built up over many weeks - do not fret if it is not gone in one or two days:) I am so sorry you had to miss the wedding. I pray for traveling mercies for your family and for rest and a return to routine for you, precious sister!

Dear Amrita,so sorry you are ill. I pray you very soon will be feeling much better. Stress can really do a number on our bodies, indeed. I hope you can get much rest and relax some. The painting is very beautiful. I pray your Aunt will do well with her surgery...

God Bless you, Shelley

Wow! She is brave to have a complete, red wall! But it serves as a great back-drop to the picture!

Thanks for putting in that little update at the end of your post!

Dear Amrita,
Exhaustion takes it time.
Be wise and rest whenever you can.
A wonderful Ruby Tuesday picture in stained glass, Da Vinci's Last Supper.
Some people are really gifted.
I prefer to enjoy their art instead of being jealous.(Who doesn't want to make things of beauty?-
Now, get well, slowly from Felisol

Please rest and take care of yourself my precious friend. If we don't take time for ourselves, no one will do it for us. It's okay to slow down ... but it's sad we seem to only do that whe we're forced to by health reasons.

The stained-glass picture is beautiful!!
In His precious Name,

thank you for your testimony here. God is using many ways to instruct me, and has caused in me repentance in just these last two weeks, so that I am happily giving up my own foolish way and wanting to submit to him and his purposes for mu life.
pray that the damage I may have done will be repaired by His spirit working in these coming days.
I will pray for you and your mother today as part of my vigil.

Dear Amrita...Even though you should be resting, you have made such a beautiful Ruby Tuesday post.
It is such a lovely picture..the last supper hanging on a ruby wall!
That was the last supper that the twelve disciples had with the Lord but the last supper that seven of His disciples had with the risen Lord was on the shores of the sea of Tiberas.
Fish cooked by the Lord Jesus, Himself!
And now all of us who are saved are His children and we are dining at the table of savation!
And soon and very soon we will all be gathered at the feast in Heaven with the heavenly Bridegroom, in the Father's house...
Oh what a day that will be dear Amrita!
God bless you richly for all the godly posts that you make as He is blessing us when we read them!
Love Terry
