Thank you for your good wishes and prayers.
I am much better today.
I chucked the Benadryl and just
took plain steam inhalation.
It works for me.
I like these Pot Shots from Ashleigh Brilliant.
They are a cocktail of humor wit and wisdom.
When life punches me in the nose
I blink a couple of times , and walk around in a daze
mind,soul and body,
send telegraphic messages to God
I find His hand upon my trembling shoulder
and get back into the track field -
running the race.Sometimes it takes a little while to realize that the worst is over.
And Jesus is in the boat
calming the winds and saying,
"Peace be still".
My sister Namrita and her 2 boys are arriving
in 10 days and my house
looks more like the proverbial cattle-shed than the
inviting inn .I have a a whole list of plans
but in my mind only.
And I don 't have enough hours and energy to do everything.
I don 't know how others feel but for us physically challenged people
it takes double
time and energy to decode information
from the world around us.
Sometimes I just can 't relax thinking
I am missing or misunderstanding something.
And I do.
Keeps me kind of on edge.
Sometimes I wish the day was like
a TV serial episode I could turn off,
switch channels,
or skip.
I have to keep myself alert
with my sensors on maximum.
Its exhausting.
But I know what it means to be the recipient of God 's grace.
When I am weak , I am strong because of His grace.
Many times I am like the man in the picture above.

But in Christ I am an over comer.
Weak, broken and bruised
but victorious all the same.

"Even when we are too weak to have any faith left,he remains faithful to us and will help us

for he cannot disown us

who are part of himself

and he will always carry out his promises to us. '

2 Timothy 2;13

(The Living Bible)

Even as I was composing this post, God

was sending an anwer to prayer.

My heart is so uplifted.

"Faithful is He that calleth you, who also will do it."-1 Thessalonians 5:24. May our God bring home to you a sense of your safety in Christ Jesus! May He assure you that your name is graven on His hand; and whisper in your ear the promise, "Fear not, I am with thee." (Spurgeon)
My favorite quote of the week! Amrita, it does take so much more energy for the physically/mentally and emotionally challenged--it does...but thank God that He is so much more in our weaknesses--you're a unique vessel to display His glory to spill on to us..
Love you, sister..

Thank you Sita for your beautiful encouragement. I stand on the promises of God, sometimes with trembling feet, but stand I do.
I received a miracle/answer from God today and my spirits are lifted up

Glad you're feeling better.
Like the pic about the night. Just blogged about hubby's cousins wife beign so scared all time. Funny you have this here now.
Sometimes I get so caught up in all things I need to do, I often miss something to.
Wish I knew how to turn things off at night.

Dear Amrita,
The POT shots gave me a good laugh. Where would we be, if we were not able to laugh even when Life struggles against our will.
I lack phycical forces as well, I must learn to live with my shortcomings.
As it turns out, other can easier accept my shortcomings than I can do myself.
It's this pride, you know, my pride.

Earlier I used to think that everybody's happiness and well being depended on me.
Only too late I realized that Christmas is about Christ, not about food and gifts.
How many sorrows could have been avoided!
Well, I wish a happy 3rd Sunday in Advent celebration for your and my family as well.
From Felisol

Yes, you were so uplifted when you were making this post. I could sense the power and strength in your post. Although you were the recipients of so many bodily pains and extreme trials, you were able to overcome them all by the strength of the Lord. You are truly blessed my friend to have a friend like Jesus in your life. He is the Wind beneath your wings as you soar above the storms of your life. And you become a wonderful witness, a great testimony for the Lord. Thanks for the powerful post. God bless you always.

Dear Madison read about this lady. Maybe a spirit of fear is troubling her. Wonder why she is scared of the house.
