Sunday Blessings - Letters to God and a Gift

Thank you for your kind words and award SITA

Amrita at Yesu Garden comes from the land of my ancestors, India. Her blog is unique, giving reality shocks to westerners about life in the Third World; her photos and anecdotes of her daily life are humorous, delightful and sometimes heart wrenching. Above all, her faith stands firm, strong, and a witness to all who flock to her blog, which includes many non-Christians.

Amrita, I wanted to add this..that under the often unassuming posts lies a brilliant mind. You and Lidia are the only blogs that I have read every post from its inception because they are so interesting to me...and relevant..perhaps it is my love of sociology...and your style..you crack me up so many times...and your faith, your perseverance..your rich heritage...girl, you sure are racking it up!
I really do thank God for you and wonder at His awesome plan for you being played out right on the internet..
Blessings,
Sita

Attention, world!

Amrita has a stunning intellect and a witty, wry writing style. I would like to see publishers take note of this exceptional essayist.

Sis, loved those notes. I'm better now. But, not perfectly ok.:-)

Amrita said...

I really don 't deserve your kind words friends.
I am a very ordinary person with calloused hands and feet...all the glory belongs to God alone.

These letters fromt eh kids are so much like Kids say the Darnest Things with Bill Cosby. i love that show, but they have taken it off.
