The Big Bang

Sonia 's 7 year old son Abner is very fond
of drums.
He played the congo drums in
church. He had the drums all to himself
as the Seminary students who usually play them
are away.
So he joyfully banged away
Psalm 98
4Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise

You must watch this amazing musical performance

What a blessing this little boy can be to everyone at church. God can use him to bless others. By the way, I like the look of your blog.

I love when we have ethnic drums in our Sunday service. Many of the worship leaders encourage the youth and children to participate in the music with whatever instrument they have or are learning to play.

That video was very cool. I'll have to show it to the kids!

It's amazing how a 7 year old boy can make music for the Lord. Shows how proper caring and nurturing in the word of God can bring to a kid's development. Thanks for the and the amusing video. God bless you always.

Well, Abner looks like he's really enjoying himself playing the drums all by himself.

What an unexpected title to an entry. It intrigued me into checking it out. I thought could this be about the Hubble repair or what? I laughed when I saw a little boy playing the drums but was delighted. I always loved the drums. I was reading out of Africa not long ago, written many years before, and she said there was always the sound of the drums when she was living there. Some people are very connected to the drum. Gerry

I named th post so becasue the bangs get a bit too loud "inside" the house sometimes. We bought Abner a toy drum and we have to contol that noise. Ha....ha
